U.S. East experienced a loss of connectivity at approximately 10:00 A.M. PDT (UTC -8) which caused connections to U.S. East Battle.net servers and the realm to be interrupted. Connectivity is currently online.<\/p>\n
This issue was caused by the failure of the U.S. East ISP“s primary and redundant switches, which provide network connectivity for the Battle.net and Diablo II servers. The root cause of this problem is being examined by the ISP and the switch manufacturer. Once identified, action will be taken to prevent further occurances of this problem<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
