The cause of the \u0093Level 1 reset\u0094 issue, which caused characters to be reset to level 1 with no items, has been isolated and fixed. The problem existed only on the USWest realm. Characters which were reset because of this issue are currently being restored automatically from the most recent good backup.<\/p>\n
The USWest realm will be back online by approximately 8:00 P.M. Wednesday, August 22nd, 2001 PST (UTC -8).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
