Das neuste Post im Technical Support Forum des Battle.nets nimmt sich des „Player not found“ Problems an. Folgendes ist zu lesen:<\/p>\n

There are three reasons why you might be receiving the „Player not found“ error message while selecting your character:
\n Reason 1:
\nCheck the Battle.net Status page for any comments about the realm you are connecting to. Battle.net Status URL: http:\/\/www.battle.net\/forums\/battlenet-status\/<\/a><\/p>\n

Reason 2:
\nIt is possible the character server received too many requests at one time and may need a few minutes before it will be able to get your character information. The most common time for this to happen is right after a server is brought back online after maintenance or rebooting. <\/p>\n

Reason 3:
\nIf a character is not used for at least 2 hours in the first 48 hours, and at least once every 90 days after the initial 2 hours, the character will expire, which will cause this error to occur when trying to log on. Blizzard Entertainment will not resurrect expired characters.<\/p>\n

Grund 1:
\nProbleme mit dem Realm Server, deshalb soll man zuerst immer das Status Forum auf neue Post \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen (die gibt es auch bei uns im Bnet Foren Ticker [rechts ;)] Url: http:\/\/www.battle.net\/forums\/battlenet-status\/<\/a><\/p>\n

Grund 2:
\nEs ist m\u00f6glich, da\u00df der Character Server zu dieser Zeit zu viele Anfragen zu bearbeiten hat und f\u00fcr die Abfrage der Character Informationen einige Zeit braucht. Das passiert zum Beispiel oft, wenn ein Server wegen Wartung down war und grade wieder hochgefahren wurde. <\/p>\n

Grund 3:
\nWenn ein Character in den ersten 48 Stunden nicht 2 Stunden gespielt wurde oder die letzten 90 Tage nicht gespielt wurde, wurde er durch Blizzard gel\u00f6scht und diese Fehlermeldung tritt auf.
