We are aware that some customers are experiencing high ping times to the USEast Battle.net servers. This issue appears to be on AT&T\u0092s end, we have been in contact with them and they are investigating the issue.
\nIf you are experiencing this issue, please run the trace route program and send the results to support@blizzard.com<\/a> with the subject „Trouble connecting to Battle.net“.
\nTo run the trace route program:
\n1. Click Start then Run.
\n2. Type „COMMAND“ (without quotes) and press ENTER.
\n3. In the COMMAND window, type „TRACERT realm.BATTLE.NET > C:TRACERT.TXT“ (without quotes) and press ENTER. Note that „realm“ should be replaced by the site you a having problems reaching (ASIA, USWEST, USEAST, EUROPE).
\n4. Note your IP address. This can be found using „WINIPCFG“ in Windows 95, 98 and ME. For Windows XP and Windows 2000, type „IPCONFIG“ in the COMMAND window.
