Weniger als 30 Stunden nach der Ver\u00f6ffentlichung des Hacks in den gro\u00dfen Cheat Foren, wurde er schon wieder von Blizzard gefixed, wie auch das D2 Network<\/a> und das DiabloII Net<\/a> berichten.<\/p>\n

This one came and went quickly. Yesterday morning we started getting reports of a new „Anya Hack“ which allowed players to get as many quest reward items from Anya as they wanted. Basically just a quick way to get 35k on Hell, but if you had 500 rares, you“d probably get one or two worth using. Blizzard was on the case immediately, and the exploit that made this hack possible was patched yesterday evening. There“s no official comment yet from Bliz about this hack, or if they will be banning any of the cheaters who used it. We heard claims that this hack was indetectable by Blizzard, so was safe to use without being banned. This may or may not have been true, but if you were willing to test it, you must love the chars on your account a lot less than I do.<\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Da der Hack bereits nach so kurzer Zeit gefixed wurde, ist das Ausma\u00df der Sch\u00e4den sehr gering einzustufen, vor allem, da die Questbelohnung von Anya in den seltensten F\u00e4llen lohnenswert ist. Ob nun Daten von Blizzard aufgezeichnet wurden, oder ob es sich sogar um eine Falle Blizzard\u00b4s handelte, wie vielfach behauptet wurde, steht noch in den Sternen, aber wir werden es sicher bald erfahren.
