Wer kennt es nicht, Dupes, Cheats, Hacks, Cracks. Dies nur um einmal einige schlechte Dinge zu nennen, die immer wieder zusammen mit Rollenspielen auftauchen k\u00f6nnen. Doch wieso, was verspricht man sich bei einem Spiel wie Diablo II<\/a> denn von Dupes? Was n\u00fctzt es, wenn man bei Warcraft III<\/a> oder Diablo II<\/a> Hacks benutzt? Es geht nat\u00fcrlich zum Einen um reine \u00dcberlegenheit, aber sehr oft auch nur um das liebe Geld. Items und Chars oder auch Accounts kann man gut bei eBay oder in sogenannten „Itemshops“<\/i> verkaufen und damit auch schon mal die schnelle Ma…, Verzeihung, den schnellen Euro machen.<\/p>\n

Nun wird Blizzard Entertainment<\/a> schlauer, als sie es noch vor einiger Zeit bei anderen Spielen waren, und so gibt es f\u00fcr World of Warcraft<\/a> eine neue vertragliche Bestimmung, nach der es unter Strafe verboten ist jeglichen „Content“<\/i>, der aus dem Spiel World of Warcraft<\/a> stammt gegen „bares Geld“<\/i> zu verkaufen.<\/p>\n

7. Selling of Items<\/b><\/p>\n

Remember, at the outset of these Terms of Use, where we discussed how you were „licensed“ the right to use World of Warcraft, and that your license was „limited“? Well, here is one of the more important areas where these license limitations come into effect. Note that Blizzard Entertainment either owns, or has exclusively licensed, all of the content which appears in World of Warcraft. Therefore, no one has the right to „sell“ Blizzard Entertainment“s content, except Blizzard Entertainment! So Blizzard Entertainment does not recognize any property claims outside of World of Warcraft or the purported „sale“ in the „real world“ of anything related to World of Warcraft. Accordingly, you may not sell items for „real“ money or trade items for things of value outside of World of Warcraft.<\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n
