passive bonuses?

Hi,

I have on my pala +10 max fire resist, which is not granted by any of the items I wear. I've put 20 skill points on the "Resist Fire" Aura - is this aura granting me this bonus, though I am not using the aura actively?
If yes - are there more such syergy bonuses which are not visible in the skill tree?

Exactly, all three single resistance auras grant a passive +0,5% maximum resistance of their type per skill point. If you have them active, the bonus is +1%, if i am not mistaken.

Other invisible goodies:
Blessed aim +5% attack rating passive per skill level
fade +1% damage reduction per skill level (including skills from equipment)

edit: yes, to both questions, but is there a +fade item? I only know the runeword Treachery, which has fade when it on it.

You have to have fade active to get the bonus. If you, for example, get the runeword armor Treachery to trigger its lvl 15 fade, then you will have 15% reduction.
