Diablo 3 Tastaturbelegung wird nicht gespeichert

Hab schon wieder eine Antwort bekommen, Kurzfassung :
Keine Ahnung woran es liegt, wir haben es weitergeleitet.

Muss ja eigentlich am Acc liegen, da mein Spiel bei meinem Weibchen aufm PC den selben Fehler hat.

Nein, es wurde schlimmer, nun müssen wir auch noch den Chat deaktivieren (bis sie das wieder abstellen).
Hab kaum Hoffnung das sich was mit 1.03 ändern wird.
In WoW konnte man jede einzelne Tastenfunktion umstellen,
hier sind einige fest vorgegeben und die anderen werden nicht einmal richtig gespeichert

Jap, dass mit dem Chat nervt mich auch tierisch....

Ohja und die Antwort auf das Ticket, dass es weitergeleitet wird bringt auch nichts, wo wollen die das denn hinleiten? -.- Im Battlenet-Forum habe ich einen timeban, weil ich mein Topic unter Zuspruch von vielen oben gehalten habe -.-

Wie befürchtet haben sie das Problem, mit dem Patch, nicht gelöst
Hab mein Ticket beim Support wieder eröffnet, aber ich erwarte keine sinnvolle Antwort.

Antwort erhalten, wahrscheinlich nur eine 0815, denn es hat wieder nicht geholfen.
Ich soll meine Einstellungen auf Standard stellen, neu starten, Einstellungen ändern, loslegen.

Hab alles komplett zurückgesetzt und mit der Tastaturbelegung angefangen das Spiel anzupassen,
komplett alles neu eingestellt, Spiel neu gestartet, hat nichts gebracht.

2. Versuch, Tastaturbelegung soweit eingestellt wie es bisher immer funktioniert hat,
alle Tasten bis einschließlich "Heads Up Display", Spiel gestartet, Tastaturbelegung angenommen.

Weitere Änderungen ab "System" werden weiterhin (nach Neustart) ignoriert.
Andere Optionen unter "Grafik" und "Gameplay" etc. ohne Beanstandung durchgeführt.

Every time I close the Diablo 3 application, the changes to certain options and customized key bindings are lost.

Partial Solution:

It's been found, by others with similar issues with Diablo 3 since launch, that you may custom-bind everything down to "Master Volume Up" in the options, but if you go below that it will completely reset every change you've made in your game's options. Just apply and save the changes down to "Master Volume Up" and leave everything below that untouched, and the new keys you have set will save.

If you change certain combinations of options or re-bind any keys from "Master Volume Up" or below, they will all reset to their previous state next time you start up the game client.

I was originally told by support to run the program as administrator to alleviate this, but that did not have any effect on this. There are numerous forum threads with Diablo 3 players who have this same problem, and it is obviously a bug in the software.

At first it could take up to 10 minutes to get everything bound properly (I have to rebind every key for the customized setup I use) but then I had it down to about 2 minutes before discovering that you could actually bind down to a certain point and have them save, as long as you don't touch anything else.
