Blizzard hat, nach Patch 1.11 & Ladder-Reset, eine weitere Tat vollbracht:

Massenbans von D2/LoD CD-Keys
Blizzard dazu​

Kurz: Es wurden (unter anderem) MapHack/EasyHack-Nutzer & viele weitere Accounts/Keys gebannt, die Hacks/Cheats/Bots nutzten oder sich nicht entspr. der vorgegebenen Nutzungs-Bedingungen für´s BNet verhielten. Gesperrt werden IMMER der D2c und der LoD-Key.

WIR können da eh nix dran ändern, das könnte nur Blizzard und wir sind nunmal nicht Blizzard, sondern eine Fansite... und die wenigsten können gut genug (sorry) englisch um sich auch noch ruhig & sachlich mit denen bzgl. ihres "zu Unrecht gebannten" Accounts in Verbindung zu setzen (isses nicht so ? )


Im einzelnen die Meldungen erklärt:

"Your Account has been closed [8]" heißt exakt das: Der Account ist weg, fangt neu an ohne Cheats, etc. ... immerhin habt ihr noch den CD-Key zum weitermachen. Nein, die Accounts können und werden NICHT wieder freigegeben/hergestellt.

"Der CD-Code. den sie zurzeit benutzen...":
- Beim 1. Mal der Auffälligkeit (Nein, das kann NICHT von euch überprüft werden ob 1. oder 2. Mal und Blizzard wird es euch NICHT sagen) erfolgt ein 1-Monats-BAN aus dem BNet (CD-Key Sperre)
- beim 2. Mal erfolgt dann ein permanenter BAN des Keys aus dem BNet.

Das Blizzard bei ALLEN danebenlag und einen Fehler machte ist sehr unwahrscheinlich...

Wir alle (und da machen wir uns ja nichts vor) wissen, das MH/Cheats/Hacks/Bots sehr beliebt sind und viele (auch hier auf dem Board) sowas aus "coolness", "weil Kumpel das hat" usw. benutzen, also müssen wir zumindest nicht darüber diskutieren und uns fragen, wenn keiner es hat und es immer die Katze war, wo dann die MH-Pics herkommen, wer da immer "Follow me" schreit im BNet und wieso sich alle über BOTs aufregen.

Nun, "was jetzt machen" war die Frage ? Ganz einfach:

a) Ich habe MH (und/oder andere Tools) genutzt: Zumindest zu mir selber muß ich ehrlich sein und mir sagen: Selber Schuld, entweder neue CDs kaufen (im Falle von "Key gesperrt") und "sauber" weitermachen oder aufhören... dann aber ohne rumzuheulen, denn: Ich war ja selber Schuld. Beides muß neu gekauft werden, da beide Keys (D2c & LoD) gesperrt sind.

b) Ich bin ein unschuldiges Opfer, der (leider vorkommende) "kriegsübliche Kollateralschaden". Dann kann ich eine freundliche, erklärende, engl. Mail an support@blizzard.com oder mit dem Online-Formular schicken und hoffen... --->

Wenn Du wirklich (oder ein evtl. Vor- oder Mitbenutzer des Keys) keine Hacks, etc. nutzt/genutzt hast, dann kannst Du eine englische Mail an support@blizzard.com (Blizzard = Kalifornien ) schicken mit der Erklärung das Du keine Hacks, Cheats, Bots, Dupemethoden, etc. nutzt und sie die CD-Key Sperrung bitte noch einmal manuell überprüfen mögen und/oder Dir sagen warum die Sperrung erfolgte, falls die Entsperrung als "nicht begründet" angesehen wird.

Nette, freundliche, sachliche Mail als Text-Mail und NICHT als HTML-Mail per OutlookExpress, da sie sonst evtl. als Spam (wegen Werbeanhang der Webmailer) ausgefiltert werden könnte.

(0)Offensive account name

(1) Advertising an inappropriate website
Inappropriate websites may include sites that promote or provide game hacks, programs with embedded virus code, pornography, or other destructive or intrusive materials that are not appropriate on Battle.net.

(2) Spamming in a channel
Please be advised that Blizzard Entertainment has an aggressive stance against any account that is used to spam a Battle.net chat channel. Spamming a Battle.net channel disrupts the normal flow of dialogue in the chat room and violates the Battle.net Terms ofUse Agreement and/or End User License Agreement of the game.

Please be advised that Blizzard Entertainment has an aggressive, zero-tolerance stance against any account being used by someone to obtain or steal CD-Keys or to con or trick users into giving out their CD-Keys on Battle.net. This offense violates the Battle.net Terms of Use Agreement and/or End User License Agreement of the game.

(5) Harassment of other users
Please be advised that Blizzard Entertainment does not support or condone the use of any account to harass or threaten other users on Battle.net. This offense violates the Battle.net Terms of Use Agreement and/or End User License Agreement of the game. Harassment may result in the closure of the account or even the temporary or permanent banning of the associated CD-Key.

(6) Inappropriate use of a bot
Blizzard Entertainment does not tolerate bots spamming chat channels or the use of bots to congest channels, which disrupts the normal flow of dialogue. This directly violates the Battle.net Terms of Use Agreement and/or End User License Agreement of the game.

(7) Offensive or racist comments
While Battle.net is a mature environment, we will close accounts that are used to violate the Battle.net Terms of Use Agreement and/or End User License Agreement of the game. We firmly believe that Battle.net's strength lies in its community, and racist or extremely offensive comments are not tolerated.

(8) This account was detected using a third-party program (hack) with one of our games on Battle.net. This account is now permanently banned
Any third-party program that is designed to affect the way the user interacts with Battle.net is considered a hack program. This includes seemingly harmless third-party utilities that work with the game to provide functions that were not included by the game designers. While many of these utilities might not have been created to disrupt the balance of the game, they alter the original design of the program. The detection of any such program by Battle.net may result in the closure of the user's account or even the temporary or permanent banning of the associated CD-Key.

(9) Impersonating a Blizzard representative
Please be advised that Blizzard Entertainment has an aggressive, zero-tolerance stance against any account used in an attempt to impersonate a Blizzard or Battle.net representative. This offense violates the Battle.net Terms of Use Agreement and/or End User License Agreement of the game.

(10)Inappropriate Activities (such as lossbotting, forum abuse, etc)
