Hungering Arrow now generates 2 Hatred and deals 90% weapon damage instead of costing 10 Hatred and dealing 145% weapon damage.
Impale now costs 25 Hatred and deals 275% weapon damage, instead of generating 6 Hatred and dealing 150% weapon damage.
Strafe shots now deal 35% weapon damage, down from 60%.
Monk
Combination Strike now increases your damage by 8% for each different Spirit Generator ability you use, down from 10%.
Fists of Thunder now deal 100% weapon damage, down from 120%.
Deadly Reach now deals 100% weapon damage, down from 120%.
Lethal Decoy now deals 275% weapon damage, up from 110%. Explodes after 1 second, down from 5 sec.
Crippling Wave now deals 110% weapon damage, down from 135%.
Way of the Hundred Fists now deals 125% weapon damage, down from 145%.
Dashing Strike now deals 160% weapon damage, up from 65%.
Inner Sanctuary now costs 20 Spirit, down from 80. Now has a 30 seconds cooldown.
Sweeping Wind now deals 20% weapon damage and stack 3 times up to 60% weapon damage. Down from 30% weapon damage/90% weapon damage stack.
Exploding Palm now deals 30% of the target's maximum Life to enemies nearby if the target dies while bleeding, down from 40%.
Seven Sided Strike now costs 50 Spirit, down from 90. Now deals 115% weapon damage, down from 215%.
Wave of Light now costs 100 Spirit, up from 60. No longer has a cooldown. Now deals 150% weapon damage + additional 330% weapon damage as Holy, up from 150% + 150%.
Tempest Rush now costs 20 Spirit per second, up from 12. Now deals 170% weapon damage per second while running, up from 75%.
Mystic Ally now costs 25 Spirit, up from 50.
Blinding Flash now costs 10 Spirit, down from 30. Now has a 15 sec cooldown. Now blinds enemies for 5 seconds, up from 3 secs.
Beacon of Ytar has been removed.
Witch Doctor
Bad Medicine now reduces damage by 30%, down from 40%.
Rush of Essence now also affects Mass Confusion
Haunt no longer seems to have a 3 active Haunt effects cap. ("You may have up to 3 Haunt effects active at once." was removed)
Wizard
Spectral Blade now causes 35% weapon damage with each hit, up from 30%.
Shock Pulse now deals 90% weapon damage, up from 80%.
Energy Twister now deals 46% weapon damage, up from 23%.
Magic Weapon now grants 15% increased physical damage, down from 20%. Can now affect ranged weapons as well apparently ("Can only affect melee weapons." was removed)
