Diablo 4 Release verschoben

We've made the decision to give the Diablo and Overwatch team the extra time to deliver the experience that their communities deserve and set the francizes up for maximum success over a multi-year period. We're therefore currently not planning to include contributions from Overwatch 2 or Diablo in 2022. While this development will push out the financial outlook that we expect to see next year, we firmly believe that this is the right course of action for our people, for the longterm success of the franchises, and for our shareholders.

Activision Blizzard investor earnings report states Overwatch 2 and Diablo 4 will be delayed, hinting at a 2023 release date. Mike Ybarra says the extra time will help increase the size of development teams ahead of launch, to ensure they follow up with substantial content updates.

Dachte ich mir auch. Vielleicht haben sie endlich gelernt und gemerkt, dass das alte Blizzard alles richtig gemacht hat und ihre "Verbesserungen" scheiße waren

Pff ... das einzige was die gemerkt haben ist das die mit der Entwicklung so weit hinten sind, dass sie nicht mal so tun können als wärs ein ausgereiftes Spiel.

Immer daran denken, vom ursprünglichen Blizzard North Team ist keiner mehr an D4 beteiligt.

Meinte damit gar nicht ein Spiel im speziellen sondern deren Methode allgemein. WC3R war ja mies, D2R ist gut, aber das bringt einem nichts wenn man nicht spielen kann etc. Also irgendwie müssen die ja merken dass es an ihnen liegt^^
