Hmm. Bei Reddit hätte ich gucken können.
Any stun, slow, chill, and any other similar disabling or crowd control effect does not work against bosses. Instead, they deal Stagger Damage to the boss's stagger meter. When the meter fills up to 100%, the boss is disabled for a few seconds and considered as having every disable in the game applied to them during that time for the purpose of calculations (so if you have +10% damage to slowed enemies, that would apply while the boss is staggered.)
Ground stomp damages the bar a fair amount, but you need quite a lot more slow/cc than that to get a full stagger. Overall it isn't a very useful bossing skill, but it does have an Aspect you can find on gear that makes it leave a circle on the ground that increases your damage by +15%, so if you use that it actually becomes quite decent!
