-The closed accounts, characters, and items associated with them are gone. They will not be returned. The accounts will also not be returned, even after the ban time is up. Players caught cheating again after this may/will be perm banned. Any 3rd party program that works with Battle.net/Diablo II is considered a cheat.
-Reports of innocence are false. We“ve investigated many many reports of false bannings and in each and every case the person was lying and we had definite proof of what they were doing
which is using a 3rd party cheat program. No we don“t have to prove it. What you have to understand is people who cheat, often lie too. What other option do they have at that point? Alle Items und Charaktere, die auf gebannten Accounts sind, sind verloren und werden auch nicht zurückgegeben. Selbst dann nicht wenn die Banzeit abgelaufen ist. Spieler die erneut beim Cheaten erwischt werden, werden permanent gebannt. Jedes nicht offizielle Zusatzprogramm von Blizzard wird als Cheat/Hack- Programm deklariert und sollte demzufolge auch nicht benutzt werden.
Die bisherigen Berichte über unschuldige Löschungen sind falsch, und jede Person, die bisher sagte sie wäre unschuldig sagte bisher nicht die Wahrheit, im Gegenteil Blizzard konnte eindeutig nachweisen, das sie gecheatet haben. Blizzard sagt auch, das sie es nicht nachweisen müssen, denn wer Cheats benutzt, wird diese meistens auch leugnen.
