Blizzard erinnert heute noch mal an das „Player not found“ Problem und weist wieder auf die drei möglichen Probleme hin.
Reason 1:
The Battle.net realms may be experiencing some technical difficulties or may be down for maintenance. Check the Battle.net Status page for any comments about the realm you are connecting to.

Reason 2:
It is possible the character server received too many requests at one time and may need a few minutes before it will be able to get your character information. The most common time for this to happen is right after a server is brought back online after maintenance or rebooting.
Reason 3:
If a character is not used for at least 2 hours in the first 48 hours, and at least once every 90 days after the initial 2 hours, the character will expire, which will cause this error to occur when trying to log on.
