Wie es den Anschein hat geht der gefürchtete „lvl 1 bug“ auf dem Asia realm um, wie the helper berichtet:
It appears that the Asian realm characters are showing up as level 1, if you are an Asia Realm player, this situation is most likely Temporary. The problem should fix itself. Do not delete any characters. If you are still having problems after a day, or are missing a character, Request a relink http://www.blizzard.com/support/d2relink.asp
Wenn ihr also auch auf dem Asia realm spielt, und euch dieser bug erwischt, löscht bitte keine Charaktere. Falls dieses Problem sich nach ein paar Tagen nicht von selber löst, oder ihr Charaktere vermisst wendet euch an Blizzard und füllt folgendes Formular aus. http://www.blizzard.com/support/d2relink.asp
Nachtrag: nun ist es von blizzard bestätigt, im technical support forum ist folgendes zu lesen:
We are aware of an issue where some characters on the Asia Realms have been reset to level 1. Please do not delete your characters, as Blizzard will not resurrect deleted characters. If this has affected your character(s), please fill out the appropriate form here: http://www.blizzard.com/support/d2rollback.asp
Please do not submit your information if you were not affected by
this reset. In addition, submit only one character at a time if it has affected more than one of your characters.
